The House of Motorcycles is now offering on-site vehicle servicing and basic maintenance of your Can-Am and Yamaha Side by sides, ATV’s and Off-road vehicles.
Requirements for customers:
Have a minimum of 3 vehicles on site to be serviced or there must be a minimum of 3 vehicles to be serviced the same day within 50kms of your location
Vehicles must we washed and free of debris and be ready to work on at the allocated technician on-site time
Access to power
A deposit will need to be paid to secure your booking and any cancellations must be made before 48hrs of our technicians are due on site. Any cancellations with 48hrs will incur a cancellation fee.
Account signing and authorisation must take place on the day – Customers will be billed a final copy the following business day. This will be required to have payment the following business day unless you have a 30 days account form with the Simon Hrycyszyn Pty Ltd Group.
Examples of work that can be done:
- Scheduled service work
- Brake pad changes
- Battery changes
- Safety inspections
- Diagnostic checks and updates
- Units can be transported back to HOM for additional work if required. *Transport fees apply
How it works:
Customers who are eligible for onsite servicing can call and book in with our service team in the winter and early spring months. Works from Mid-September to March may need to be completed at the dealership due to high demand for technicians.
The service teams will book you in with your multiple vehicles or advise a day in your area when we can be on site. We will provide an estimate on the works and any additional work will be agreed to with our on-site staff.
Our service vehicle and our service staff will arrive on site on your booking day. The units will 1st be assessed and photo’s will be taken and works that can be completed will be discussed with an authorised person before commencement of the job and an approximate quote for the work will be discussed. A typed job card will be completed and emailed to you the following business day.
Our team can fill out any manual service book confirmations on site and any digital submissions will be completed the following business day once they have been logged at the dealership.
Our normal hourly rates will apply to your job and we will have two service staff on site, our technician and technical assistant. This will allow for us to complete our service works in a timely manner while on-site at your service.
A travel cost will be worked out based on your location and number of vehicle’s to be serviced.
