The 2002 BMW K 1200 LT is a full-size luxury touring motorcycle powered by a 1,172 cc liquid-cooled inline-four engine that produces around 98 hp and 115 Nm of torque. It uses a 5-speed gearbox with shaft-final-drive, rides on BMW’s Telelever front suspension and Paralever rear suspension, and features a low seat height (770 mm) for its size and substantial touring-capable weight (about 378 kg wet). The bike comes equipped with full fairing, windscreen, integrated panniers/top-case options, and advanced features aimed at long-distance comfort and stability.
