Living life at full throttle, Simon bought the property in 1975 & opened the dealership in 1978. As a trained motor mechanic, he started the business himself with determination & vision that you can see in the Dealership today.

Lindelle has been a part of the business here Richardson's Harley-Davidson and the House of Motorcyces for over 10 years starting out working causally in merchandise on the weekends and moving into the role full time after she completed a Bachelor of Business (Hons) majoring in marketing.

Lindelle enjoys organising all the events at the stores and our big charity fundraiser, Give Me 5 for Kids Bike Raffle. Lindelle is riding a Yamaha TTR230

Robbie’s back at the House of Motorcycles as the new manager! With 17 years in the automotive world, covering motorcycles, cars, and heavy earthmoving, he’s done it all. Starting in parts, he quickly moved to sales, where his knack for talking the talk shone through. After a decade in sales, he became a sales manager and is now excited to train and guide the future staff at the House of Motorcycles. Robbie’s favorite bikes are a close tie between the Ducati X Diavel and the Harley Low Rider ST. 

Bron started in the Finance Industry in 2016 with a banking and mortgage broking background.

She has a passion for Finance and loves helping making peoples dreams a reality. “It’s a great feeling seeing someone purchase their first dream motor vehicle and knowing we have helped make that dream possible”

Cameron is a Qualified Technician at HOM. He has a passion for learning and is always happy to lend a hand where it's needed. Cameron has tried a lot of different avenues before landing here, from Studying architecture at university to working in kitchens nothing he tried seemed to be the right fit for him, until he started working on and around motorcycles. He’s always been up for getting his hands dirty and happy to have a challenge to tackle.

Trymore started with the team in late 2022 after moving to Australia from South Africa. He started as an apprentice trained motorcycle technician, trained at Yamaha centre in Zimbabwe and qualified in 2008. He then worked across multiple big brands for a number of years including KTM, Scooters and more as well as with big teams on Dakar and Rally teams in Africa on several times as part of supporting team in the pits. While he is not currently on his own bike, he is looking for his next ride. 

Damien brings decades of mechanical experience and a lifelong love of bikes. From running King Island Motorcycles to teaching and now wrenching with us at House of Motorcycles, his passion, skills, and customer-first attitude make him a perfect fit for the team. He thrives on problem-solving and takes pride in quality service.

Andrea is an accountant with twenty plus years accounting and administration experience making her a valuable addition to RHD’s accounting and administration team.Although Andrea was familiar with the Harley brand she is new to the motor bike industry and says she is fascinated by the range and variety of our Harley Davidson merchandise not to mention our spare parts range.   As a travel lover, she enjoys chatting to our visitors in the customer lounge and hearing about their travels

Erica has been working in the office for The Richardsons Group for 9 years now and has a total of 25 years’ experience in Administration.

She doesn’t have her bike licence and has only ever experienced a motorcycle as a pillion rider, but says never say never!

She enjoys watching the MotoGP racing and hopes to attend in person one day.

Her favourite road bike is a Ducati and also loves the Can-Am buggy.

She is looking forward to purchasing a fun bike for her sons when they get a bit older.

Paul recently came out of retirement to rejoin The House of Motorcycles in July 2024. With over 10 years of experience in various roles at both The House of Motorcycles and Richardsons Harley-Davidson, he has worked in service and parts, and now returns to focus on spares at HOM. A lifelong rider, Paul has been passionate about bikes since he was 12, starting with trail bikes and later owning road bikes like Benelli, Triumph, and Harley-Davidson.

With over a decade of hands-on experience, Patric began working on bikes in 2009, developing a deep passion for motorcycles of all kinds. Since 2012, he’s specialized in Harley-Davidsons, mastering their performance and engineering. In 2020, Patric joined RHD, where he continued refining his skills, before moving to The House of Motorcycles in 2023.

Now, Patric is expanding his expertise across multiple brands, driven by his love for all motorcycles. 

Luci joined our team in February 2025, bringing with her a wealth of experience from the motor industry. With over three years of riding experience, Luci is passionate about motorcycles and rides a CBF500.

Dylan joined our team in March 2023, bringing over 5 years of experience in sales. With his extensive background in the industry, Dylan is well-versed in helping customers find the perfect ride to suit their needs.

Korey joined our team in February 2025, bringing over 8 years of sales experience. With a deep understanding of both riding and selecting the best parts, Korey is passionate about ensuring customers get exactly what they need for their bikes. He rides an FZ1000 and is always ready to share his expertise.

Estelle has a background in cleaning and detailing, having spent much of her youth around cars. She joined the House of Motorcycles in April 2024 as a first-year apprentice technician in the service department.

Estelle handles incoming bikes, helps our technicians with customer vehicles, and ensures all vehicles are ready and clean for handover.

She loves riding dirt bikes and her Harley-Davidson.

Micky has been working with Richardson’s Harley-Davidson and the House of Motorcycles since early 2022 coming from multiple different industries. He started in the business as a yard supervisor before moving into our truck/ van driver position. He has had a passion for Motorbikes since he was 16 and bought his first road bike of Simon when he was 17 from the old out-the-back store. He now owns several bikes, in his spare time, you can find him with motorbikes, cars or water skiing.

Layla is our beloved shop mascot, always around to greet customers with a friendly smile. Whether she’s lounging by the counter or joining in on the action, Layla brings a warm and welcoming vibe to the shop. She's been with us from day one, and her presence never fails to brighten everyone's day!
