What You’ll Be Doing

• Helping customers find the perfect bike — new, pre-owned, or trade-in
• Building long-term relationships with riders
• Using proven sales techniques to hit and exceed targets
• Learning multiple major motorcycle brands and product ranges
• Working Saturdays as part of our essential sales roster
• Getting involved in events, demo days, open houses & community engagement
• Collaborating with a passionate, high-performing team

• Organisational skills—you can juggle tasks, prioritise, and keep the ball rolling.
• Tech-savviness—comfortable with Microsoft Office and ready to learn our systems.

Parts Advisor – Motorcycle Parts & Accessories - Full Time

Representing leading motorcycle brands including Yamaha, Triumph, Ducati, Can-Am, Sea-Doo, GasGas and Royal Enfield, we're proud to deliver exceptional service and expert advice to riders across Tasmania. With over 48 years in the motorcycle industry, we've built our reputation on knowledgeable staff, outstanding customer service, and a genuine passion for everything on two (and four) wheels.

About the Role

As a Parts Advisor, you'll be an integral part of our dealership, assisting retail customers, workshop technicians and the sales team with genuine parts, accessories and riding gear.

Working closely with the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone.
• Identifying and supplying motorcycle parts and accessories.
• Assisting the workshop and sales departments with their parts requirements.
• Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Merchandising the showroom and ensuring displays remain inviting and well presented.
• Building lasting relationships with customers through knowledgeable advice and professional service.
• Supporting dealership events and promotions when required.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and has a genuine enthusiasm for motorcycles.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Experience in motorcycle, automotive or retail parts sales (preferred but not essential).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn dealership management systems.
• Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

A motorcycle licence and knowledge of motorcycle brands will be highly regarded.
