The 2026 YZ450F is Yamaha’s latest evolution of its flagship motocrosser, built for riders chasing championship-level performance. It’s powered by a 450cc liquid-cooled DOHC single with fuel injection, paired to a 5-speed gearbox and a new hydraulic clutch for smoother control. The updated aluminum bilateral beam frame is lighter and stiffer in key areas, improving stability and front-end feel. Fully adjustable KYB suspension has been refined, with a new hand-adjustable low-speed compression dial on the shock for quick tuning. Other upgrades include revised intake and exhaust for stronger low-mid response, a grippier honeycomb seat, and ECU lock via the Power Tuner app for extra security. At just ~110 kg wet, it’s sharp, stable, and race-ready.
